Terms & Conditions

When you purchase or apply to acquire a horse from Southern Vale Stables Inc, you are implicitly agreeing to the following terms. If we find you to be in violation of these terms, we will take appropriate measures to combat this. 
 

• Do not use the horse or coat to create other horses. The exception to this is the offspring of the horse that may inherit aspects of the parent.

• Do not change the horse's appearance in any way. Exceptions are mane and tail style and the addition of shoes or accessories. You may also alter the neck shape for the purpose of competing in Dressage shows ONLY. The horse must be returned to its normal appearance immediately after the show photos have been taken.

• Do not change the horse's prefix(es). We also prefer that you keep the existing show name and barn name for the sake of our records.

• Do not put the horse up for mass download.

• If you no longer want the horse, please contact us and we will take it back. No questions asked.
